What can I expect from a daily group yoga class? In our daily group yoga classes, you can expect a balanced blend of physical postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. Each session is tailored to accommodate various skill levels, so you’ll feel supported whether you’re a beginner or advanced practitioner.

How long is each group class? Each class typically lasts between 60 to 75 minutes, allowing enough time for warm-up, practice, and a calming cool-down session.

Do I need any prior experience in yoga?No prior experience is necessary! Our group classes are structured to accommodate all levels, and our instructors will guide you through modifications if you're a beginner.

What should I bring to the class?Please bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a small towel if desired. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of motion. All other props are provided but feel free to bring your own if preferred.
