I am Sonal Anand, a dedicated yoga instructor with over 12 years of experience in guiding students through transformative practices. With a Master’s in Yoga and advanced certifications from AYUSH and Yoga Alliance, I bring both traditional knowledge and a modern, therapeutic approach to my teaching. My classes, whether group or individual, are crafted to foster inner peace, resilience, and self-awareness, creating a warm, inclusive space for personal growth and healing.

B.Tech in Computer Science
• Completed B.Tech in Computer Science.
• Undertook industrial training at SAND PROFILE, Stockstadt, Germany.
M.Tech in Computer Science
Completed postgraduate studies at the Department of Computer Science, Kurukshetra University.
Academic Career and Art of Living Initiatives
• Qualified UGC NET and joined RKSD College as a Professor of Computer Science.
• Began organizing Youth Empowerment, Happiness, Nav Chetna, and Bal Chetna programs of the Art of Living in educational institutions.
Art of Living Teacher Certification
• Completed a 15-day TTP program and became an Art of Living Teacher at the International Centre of Art of Living, Bangalore.
• Started conducting ART Excel and YES courses for children, now known as Medha Yoga and Utkarsha Yoga Programs.
Certified Yoga Instructor
• Completed 350-hour training from the Sri Sri School of Yoga, Bangalore.
• Became a QCI/YCB Level-3 Yoga Instructor, certified by the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India.
Founder of Yogabhyaas With Sonal
Established “Yogabhyaas With Sonal” and began teaching yoga programs professionally.

Earned a Master's degree in Yoga from SVYASA University, Bangalore.
